hrmm.. it looks ok, the banner isnt that great, i dont like it how it sticks out on the right hand side, ill say it needs some more work done to it

I think people need to stop making small ass templates.

Why make it so it only takes up a third of the screen, and have to cram everything into a little box?

^^lol, loki. I like iFrames, but the template banner on that is pretty cool. But the bottom of the template could use a little work.

By the way, Battlefield 2 looks pretty cool - is there a demo or anything out for it?

The template i love it but u know the pic with the planes in it, it would look rather sweet if it was blended in with the soldier (well i think lol)

It needs more detail, it seems to plain. You could possibly add some scanlines, work on the banner text, and the button text, Make the sides larger and straight instead of having one area protrud more then the other.

Heres a "ok" template i made, i think i could have done better but...



You see the scanline/gradient overlay on the sides and under the banner, try adding some stuff in like that and remove some of those tech brushes they dont fit to well bro. Hope this helps, if not just ask i can prob give you a few ideas.

Yup, alot of web-designers do that alot now, and it makes it look much better

well thanks for the comments, and yea i don't like the banner either, i am getting my friend to make a new one whos better than me, i just started making graphics.

make the buttons different .... don't use the images as backdrops the way you have it. and you'll need to make sure you have enough content under each button (links or text or images or whatever) to fill in all that dead space, otherwise it might not look right.

maybe add a micro-look to the border around the bottom portion and your buttons?

layout of the navigation is okay, but be careful using frames and iframes. if used properly they can really look good otherwise they may really screw things up.

like was already said, scan lines/hash marks/brushes help in the banner area.
