Contacted Freewebs already, I've asked them a few questions in the past what they did with the sites that had an abuse issue. They said they contact them, and suspend and delete their sites.

I have contacted a few hosts already about sites that have stolen the layout from here.. funny every site has gone down.. I have a pre written letter that I send to people with there host in the CC and it seems to work . I'll see if I can pull it up again.

i agree with one thing dont waste money on lawyers if you dont have to cause there are other ways to shut down copycat's cause the hostes want to make all the money they can and if they even think a site is useing stolen code they will terminate the site just to avoid leagle action taken against them
