Please report a cheater following the directions below. This is by far more optimal than just posting cheater information to the forums.

If you see a cheater in the game we have two options you can do to help us catch and ban the player from the game.

1. When you see a cheater during the day between 9 am and 5 pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, give us a call at 818-878-0325 and we can get into the game and ban them immediately.

2. Any other time you will need to get the players PCID number and email us with the PCID and what you saw the cheater doing. Title your email "BHD CHEATER REPORT".

We can then use the PCID to set up an Online Alert that will tell us when the player is in the game so we can watch what they are doing.

To find a player's PCID:
Login to Novaworld,
Click on Player Stats,
Click on Player List,

Type in the player's name, (If the player has used ASCII characters to create part of their character's name, for example Hêäd Hüñ?er, enter H**d* and press Enter. A list of all player names that have a "H", two unknown letters and a "d" and anything else will be listed).

Click on the listed name and the PCID code will be displayed.
If you can report the player's name using the characters that were used in the name and the PCID we can place a Watch tag on the player. Then every time the player enters a game we will get an email and can jump into the game and ban him.

**Do not attach any screenshots. We are not accepting screenshots because they can be manipulated with programs like PhotoShop. its no longer needed!!!

PROBLEM:
I have seen another player in a multiplayer game cheating.

RESOLUTION:
We have a strict policy about cheating. If you are sure that another player is cheating, please contact our Customer Support department either via email at support@novalogic.com or telephone at (818) 878-0325. toll-free 818 area code.

We will need to know the following information:

1. The Game Server Name (e.g. "Irene 2")
2. The player's name
3. The team the player is on (team games only)
4. What the player is doing (speeding, running through walls, etc.)

Please understand that just because a particular player consistently scores very high or seems to kill you every time, they are not necessarily a cheater. Some players are just exceptionally skilled at playing the game. Please be sure that the suspected cheater is doing something out of the ordinary before contacting us.

think they are getting sick of seeing thread of about cheaters in their forums and they like to get it clearup so more people be having good time in their forum other then talking about cheaters in their servers lol

been in DFBHD for 2 days now seen no cheaters that i can talk about been great but one time got a error (4001) think their server gone down at that time.

well if noobs do say that a good player is a cheat and sends novaworld all the info, nova will set up a alert thing and watch them play. And if they are cheating they will ban em. SO if your a good player and your PCID gets sent to nova, nova will watch you and ban if you are cheating, if your not then the will leave you alone.

What about peeps who use smoke nades like for instance, one guy who was a fellow team member kept tossing smoke nades in the armory, OUR armory then reloading and tossing them in even tho we kept asking him not to...any suggestions??

do you mean a lag bomb yes they will ban some one for doing it. buildne up 80+ stachels/Claymores inside the armory to blowup at one time and keep it going by doing it over again. only to make Novaworld sever lag and make other players be punted out of the game. yes bit your rearend on that one.

Smoke grenades are no then if he like to tost them around let him stay away from the smoke area you be ok. don't run thru the smoke. if a player gose thru-it they lag a lot best stay away from it.

I think most cheats are glitches in the program, sometimes things you see arent what the oponent sees.

i to see some of these socall glitches in some areas. not naming them off, some are really bad. i try to stay away from them, even doing so i find more spots getting tire of seeing them all together.

as for the leaning one every one been talking about has some one say check out your body see if it sticking into the wall , that would be bad kill the fun out of it and get kill off easy to. i have to watch out for other and kill them first.
