Kobe Byrant plays NBA basketball for the LA Lakers. He was recently accused of raping some 19 year old girl. There is information all around the news, and its on ESPN all the time.

I meant that question rhetorically bro, I don't see how anyone can really know the answer other than Kobe (and I have heard of him and the case) and the woman involved in this case.

Rape is a dreadful crime and if he's guilty, he needs to feel the full weight of the law however, if this is a case of a false charge against him, then the woman invovled needs to be punished.

As I said in my previous post, how in the hell can you or I or anyone else that wasn't there possibly have any idea what did happen?

it doesn't help her in the fact that she OD'ed the week before on purpose. And then she didn't go to the cops right away. And then she told people "she was afraid"....

That, "she said that she was afraid" for a reasion to not go to the police right after is one hell of a good reasion, anyone who dosent agree? Would you go to the police if you were raped?

Ambarrest? (nothing to be ambarest about but i think everyone would be)
Afraid that the person who did it would know and then try to kill you or rape you once again? It can happen and it has!

I would sure as hell be afraid, think about it...

First of all, I don't think he did it. Second, there are ways to prove it. Without getting into all the details, think about sperm, hair left on the bed... everthing like that. That is how u prove it.

there are ways around lie detectors, they run by heart beat and ****, when u lie i guess something happens to ur heart beat or whatever, so if u stay calm u can get around it
