Looking for a specific mod

Evening,

I started replaying BHD again (For some odd reason I had an itch to replay it) and I was looking for a particular mod, I don't remember the name of the creator (the only thing I remember was that he or she was Japanese?) or the name of it.

The features of this mod were

The CAR15 scope was changed from a red dot scope to a 2x scope
The M21 had an automatic function
The Grenadier now carried 6 or 7 ,40mm grenades
All small arms sounds were changed
Featured a new Menu screen

It was released in 2003 or 2004.

I used the search button to no luck finding it, I remember he posted his mod here when they released it.

I think i know what hes talking about but i cant remember who or what site its at. I know this MOD Team made some russian style mods and so on for BHD but can think of the site.Do a search around NovaHQ here and they should turn up.I couldnt find anything.
