Server problem orange screen

I run the whosurdaddy2 server but, after a while the the srdeen turns orange then drops back to the main menu of BHD screen, when you hit host again it says the maps to big reduce objects?? Its almost like its not cacheing the memory after each map, anyone have any Ideas!!!

I had that problem once while I was map testing. I had MED, BHD and a few other things running and was flicking backwards and forwards.

You need to make sure I think thta if you are hosting, thats about all you are doing because BHD isnt as forgiving as LW.

I see elvis and whoseyourdaddy2 were the 2 BEST servers in LW imho. gj! Hope you get it sorted.

I have that same problem with the A TIN OF server, It seems to happen when the last custom finishes and the server tries to load the first stock.......

i beleave it has a limit on size
.mis no limit
.bms dose have a max limit when you export it out.

too many items on a map you get a error.what the limit is don't know sorry its the same error i use to get making maps for DF:2 max it out, the limit you get that error too. to reduce objects one needs to delete some items from the map thats all look over the .mis for that map see whats not needed then remove them. do a small amount delete as you do try test it,still getting the error delete some more try delete 5 items at a time.

I disagree,

I have let my server run for days on custom maps with no problems.

Then all of a sudden the above would happen.

So since nothing changed and it was working fine, I would have to say it was a Software to PC problem or even a software to Nova problem.

Most of my maps are under 100k so they shouldn't be to heavy, but the error is excatly what Cheif is saying, No matter where I start from I can get a least one cycle of the maps and somtimes more before the error!! Man I'm at a lost.
