seem in the U.K it takes 3ea tow trucks to get one small car 2D out of the water ways, each in turn fall into the water way near the docks off the bay.

do have images of that too. been up all night dog been really sick going to get some sleep

1st tow truck try get the car out of the water it turn fallen in.

2nd tow truck (larger W/legs for support) try to left the first tow truck up out of the water it too fallen in.

3rd tow truck try to get one of the other tow trucks out it too fallen in as will.

after that point think they got smart call for a barge with a left on it to take over.

and the one with the dump truck, that happens all the time .. my dads a civil engineer and he's seen dip **** truck drivers go with the bed out, one time the driver killed himself doing it, and another time the jackass was going fast enough to take out an overpass and kiled a few people and himself doing that
