Confused Video Card Pick

for some it seems like a clear-cut choice, but ive been wondering what card to get for my rig when i buy it (hopefully, cross yer fingers!) next month. Ati Radeon x1900xtx or geforce 7950 GX2. i figure im spending alot on this pc, and i want it to be just what i want, but ive never ownd a nvidia card, and never thought i would till the 7950 came out. so im just a lil hesitant to get one... (personal reasons only)

Get the GeForce one. I've got a GeForce right now and it's about 2-3 years old and never screwed up on me!

Im not gonna lie, ive been an ATI fan for a long ass time and know a lot about them. Nvidia not so much and I havent been a fan of theirs. But, if you are planning to game on your computer, I would go with nvidia, it seems that ATI has a lot more trouble with different games, being compatible and working well. As with nvidia, i have heard of a lot of users that they have never had problems and love it. My next card, which should be soon as soon as i break down a buy a new one, will probably be an nvidia.

Still only 131 fps for a dual one card SLi config and 89 for the x1900xtx for only one card i would still go with the x1900xtx
