You know, just when you think think it's done, some little thing crops up but then after that tiny adjustment all hell breaks loose?

It happens with AI and also the map objects. Really weird stuff sometimes.
You know, a real "What The Hell's Happened Here!" moment.

A map really needs to have everything material in there first then clean up SSNs then put all AI and Markers in, clean up SSNs one more time then do the events and WAC.

I only do it this way because I can and do change my mind about something or things don't work or fit the scenario.

Changing things after event programming and WAC scripting is an absolute nightmare.

Using ssn's in the wac is a pain.

Try using variables. Then ya won't have to worry about those ever changing SSN's.

Then in the events just let those variables do all the work for ya (& visa versa).

and using Groups also helps.

If the SSN references are set in the editor, it adjusts all the changing numbers except for ssn on ssn and a few others.

Yes. variables, I've been working on them for ages but still, generally I use straight wac scripted event triggers
