Still in the Phillipines (explains my late nite posts)

Anyway, I've been here for 10 days now. Yesterday, my folks tried to arrange a return flight to Vegas, but to no avail. I had to wait another 3 hours in the airport (open-air waiting areas and it was STORMY at the time ) but still, no chance. I have to stay here another day until I get another opportunity to go back. The local TV here is really drilling itself into my head, everything here seems to be set a few years back, naked kids running through the streets during a typhoon, opulent houses surrounded by disgusting bumshacks; the Backstreet Boys still seem to be big here... Anyway, that's my story.
