Delta Force: Team Sabre Details

We've heard little on Delta Force: Black Hawk Down expansion Team Sabre since the official announcement of its existence back in June, but today NovaLogic has seen fit to release a little more information.

Partly covering old ground and reminding us that Team Sabre will feature two new single-player campaigns (made up of 10 missions) set in Colombia and the Persian Gulf, the developer has revealed that - one for British gamers this - we'll be able to play as the SAS for the first time ever in the Delta Force series.

And the shock announcements don't stop there. Troops on operations in Colombia and the Persian Gulf will have access to a number of new weapons in the shape of the H&K G3A3, H&K G36E and the H&K PSG1 sniper rifle; and new modes of transport the MH-53M PaveLow IV helicopter and RHIB inflatable boat are also to star.

We're not exactly up on our military hardware, but for those who are that's all mightily impressive, no doubt.

Team Sabre will also enhance the original Black Hawk Down game's multiplayer component with 30 new maps, and NovaLogic will be including mod support too allowing players to construct their own multiplayer battlefields.

your right DF: TFD dose has SAS in it, all so has 10 charters in all total. oh will.

what get me why they coming out with O.J. 1st then the DF:BHD exp pack, think the added in exp pack be easy and faster to make up then a whole new game or do both at same time? think they like to push the new game out to make more money on it then do the expack for DFBHD? only if people buy OJ game, why would they buy the add on to DFBHD then. would that kill it off?

i cant wait to climb on board a heli and fly that thing of corse i let others get on for the guns and such and just as everyone is havin a good time i plow the heli into a mountain and take everyone with me....heheheh
