woah this thread wasnt here a second ago...

I dont know! PS3 hasnt even come out yet and the gaybox I MEAN xbox is already basking in all its glory. I think it may be obvious as to what is better. Next thing you know xbox will be taking over the galaxy. It'll then be up to me and my loyal band of rag-tag PS2 supporters to form a resistance movement to strike against oppression!

I am really not sure.

They have been at it for years,
and everytime Playstation comes out with something then Xbox comes out with something 3 steps ahead of them and they are always uping eachother. I read about PS3 having wifi today, crazy **** but thats what a compouter is for. If I wanted to play online games and stuff I will just play my computer.

Hmm good point. Consoles are really meant for one or two...or four players playing for fun. Computers on the other hand...you can do anything!

will it counts too how many games already made up for the PlatStation serials Vs Xbox serials.

i know that there is no way you all have play all their games for each but i think the PS-Serials have way more games made for it.

bottom line wait and see when a buddy get a PS3 and another has XBOX 360 then see live.

all the hip is not what it crackup to be. basic thing both are great in their own area.

don't know much about the ps3 i do know that xbox 360 has better games for now. i like 360 because i can use it in iraq with out having to update every couple of months

it was on ign somewhere, that a $400 360 can almost overpower a $500 20gb ps3, either way, that ps3 is way too expensive for me.

well the PS3's graphics are pretty much identical with the 360's so its going to come down to games and online play. The PS3 will have some awesome game series like Metal Gear Solid and Devil May Cry. The Ps3 will most likely have a lot of RPG's too...

The 360 on the other hand has Halo even though i like to call it Gaylo. And as previously shown Xbox live is superior to Sony's system, but we havent seen Sony's new online system yet.

Their both pretty much the same. PS3 is slightly faster (nothing worth to pay a 100 extra) while the 360 has more memory. BTW there is a rumor going on that MGS might be coming to 360. PS3 controller sucks, there is no rumble anymore and when your battery runs out you gotta buy a new controller oh and using that controller to play FPS is crap (if you played it on PS2 you'll know what im talking about).

Wii is garbage, the only good thing about it is that controller. You will basiclly pay 250 dollars for a slightly updated Xbox or PS2.

xbox 360 and the ps3 will get roughly the same games.. since developers want to get as much profit as possible.. and these 2 consoles sure as hell will get it.. only company that i kno of that will make an agreement with sony is rockstar (GTA) all the new ones always go to ps, then 6 months later its released on other consoles.
