There is no need for three posts about it matey.
But you are right.
A mod is a mod and cannot be used unless everyone is using it.
Suggesting it is a cheat is about the easiest way to get yourself called a n00b in an open forum such as this I am afraid.

It's a BHD mod. And all I can say is...holy crap! Infinate ammo and semi auto fire with a rocket launcher?! Can you imagine the kinds of battles this thing will spawn? And scopes on nade launchers. Geez, the guys a visionary.
