Oh, BTW, what is that character on the right from? Killzone? just to let you know, that is so overused, i think that guy is in Con's sig - kind of like those hitman sigs are overused lol

You need a tut?! LOL...

Anyways, to reflect text, copy the text layer, go to Edit > Transfor > Flip vertical to flip it over. Do you know how to add layer masks? well got to Layer > Add layer mask.

Then you will see a white "layer" attached to that layer. Just use an eraser tool to fade it at the bottom. Here's a good tutorial on that:

u dont need layer mask at all...

just flip it, lower opac. transform it (perspective), and then fadde top part out with big fuzzy eraser
