when i try to take a screenshot it wont save
also when i use any of my f keys they dont workf9 f10 f11 f12
i have a new keyboard

It should take them when u press f11, make sure i press the button hard (this keyboard i have sometimes u need to hit the key ). Did u reassign any keys?

i didnt reassign any keys and my keyboard is working fine thanks for your help anyways

The F's keys on my keyboard only work when I activate the Function Key (F), otherwise, any F's key function will not work. Make sure the Function (F) Key is activated. I have a logitech keyboard.
