Two Friends

Two friends, who grew up together since they were boys, were at the local pub enjoying a beer or two like they had done for the past 15 years. Every night at the same time and sitting in the same seats at the bar. Sitting there with their drinks in hand.

George, turns to Fred and says, "We can't keep doing this. The same thing night after night."

Fred replies, "Why not?"

George continues, "Every night we sit here drinking beer and watching the world go by. If we are not careful, we're going to end up like those two old drunken sots over there, with no hope or anything to live for..."

Fred sighs, "George, you old fool. That's a mirror!"
