More of "Stray Bullet" to come.

Definitely more of "Stray Bullet" to come, for those who like low level head shrink Single Missions.

What Stomp are you gonna do to make it even more interesting than the last map you did?
You have it all worked out in paper before you even open the MED??????
You have the Bin file completed before you even open the MED ??????
You have all the important SSN's (people objects) up and installed before the staging (trees rocks etc)????
after the VIP SSN's you have the start of the .WAC, not finished just the start.???
How long do you think it will take 60_90 minutes now you have a plan ?????????
or are you like most mappers here JUST WING IT ALONG AFTER ALL IT'S MY MAP I'll take as long as I want 2-5 months thanks

"M"
ps goto dfx1 maps and download batmans latest they include mis file to get you going just don't copy "M"

Up the bin file it took six weeks to build Stray Bullet as I am not a computer genius like you M.

How do I get around the upload limit to add more audio to maps?

Post your audio files on another site like Mediafire (etc... ) then link that site on your map discription.

Check out how Spinny did his audio files :

Stomp,
The .bin files are a breeze. There's really not much to do to .bin files but fill in info in the correct spots. And then do the convertions.

It's REALLY important to me as a player and mapper not to STINT on the info, you can NEVER get enough, the bin file (binery) is the header, the start of the story
Once this is set, with waypoints and locations along with names etc etc win loose etc etc
the mapping is REALLY EASY.
Like moviemaking gamemaking is NO different, make one simple map, then another, then another, put them together and YOU are done.....EASY

BEGGINING..................MIDDLE................. .............END

Please forget all this off topic Cr@p with extra wav files, please stay on target and get one map out, that gets a mid range review, you aint selling a car here so you don't have
to impress anyone.................yet.
In my opinion you need to work on player spawn, waypoint control, ai visabilty
and thats all at this stage see I didn't say weather, vehicules, facial gestures, excess wav files, or even a custom pcx.................yet

Absolutely Dave. Of course! Yet, it would be good (with a donation) if I could load it to the common site IE: NovaHQ

And as for the bin files I have a bit of beginner's confusion, a new thingy to learn the syntax and menu order of. Very busy lately...

Every Single Battle now and in the future needs intell
thats what your binary file imparts to the player.

From your own experience you will know that this resource is vital to any digger or his dog...lol
esp: when the CO gets it so wrong (my favourite)

Intel? Look at how many commanders in History fell because of it.
On the local front, at ground zero, on the day.
The enemy will be doing everything they can to miss-inform your superiors and you.
Missions start with Intel but can quickly become out of control, when Intel has ceased to be reliable, the combatants must rely on their Situation Protocols.
The best systems can be defeated because of the human element. Remove that and you have the "Perfect War".
