but nova staff is still telling people by email that thier servers will not run mods and it will get you banned

you would have to post it up and e-mail a link to it so they can look it over and PunkBuster too. if they think it ok they will ok it no one get banned for it.

We are working on getting mods setup for NovaWorld. We will go over your mod and make sure that it is setup correctly. We will also do our best to make sure PunkBuster will not ban people for playing your mod.

If you have a mod, or know someone that does, and would like to get set up for matchmaking on NovaWorld, send a email to mods@novalogic.com .

Please make sure the email has the following information:

Name of Mod.
Name and email of main point of contact.
Links to download your mod.
