containing the W32/Yaha.k virus. The infected message has been returned to the sender with a notice that it was infected." I just got this mail throught thats the address that cam with it. is this liek SOF2 players or sumit tryign to h8 DF players or summit lmao!

ye thats right u shud have emailed bk telling them they have the virus its a mistake i found i had ago at a fried for sending me a virus in an attachment but he knew nothin of it

yes the sender is usually innocent the virus sends itself to all in address book .
i`ve just spent all afternoon formatting me stepsons hd cause of this w32 yaha....... serious lecture on keeping av up to date and opening attachments

o guys not takign my chanches mailing back coz my outlook has a problem when u choose to reply or if u start an new message it attaches a "love Screenaver" thi sis th evirus so im not mailing anyone my Virus progr says &(% deleted the virus

THERE IS A SERIOUS VIRUS CALLED "LOVE LETTER". THERE ARE MANY VERSIONS OF THIS VIRUS. IT IS AN OLD ONE BUT YET WE STILL HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH IT POPPING UP EVERYWHERE IN OUR FACILITY. THERE IS ALSO A WORM CALLED "LOVERS" OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. VERY NASTY BUGGER. THIS IS ONE OF MY DUTIES TO STAY ON TOP OF CRAP LIKE THIS FOR OUR FACILITY, SO TRUST ME WHEN I SAY. THAT IT IS TRUE THAT MOST PEOPLE ARE NOT AWARE THAT THEIR COMPUTER IS CORRUPTED. MOST VIRUS SOFTWARE IS NOT UPDATED CORRECTLY. I EVEN KNOW SOME WHO ARE USING EXTREMEMLY OUTDATED VIRUS SOFTWARE LIKE MACAFFE 95 VERSION........THIS IS JUST STUPID!

yep the Virus/Worm use the address book and even some messager service to spade out to other even run in the back ground some time to other's a guy was using ms-messager we both was on line it came up tell me (it was him sending a screen saver or something to me would i accept it) what got my think we was talking about a hour be fore this happen his text was green and this virus/Worm text was all in red.try to call him to the screen all it would do is keep asking would i take the item to accept it on & on i exit out later on that night he did come on i ask him about nope he did not do that the funny thing as we was talking it did it again but this time he seen it happening then i told him he had a virus and this time i know what it was told him he remove it now days he don't open any attachment if the other part don't tell him about it before hand.
i think i scan it with norton it said it was something @yahoo.. a worm/virus some thing it did have yaho to it been about 6mo or so

http://www.symantec.com/ gd website u can scan u comp for viruses and look up wot certain viruses do and how easy or hard they are to get rid of

update my MS-Office 2000 taken the ****s mostly MS-Word part of it bad thing i have MS-Word 2000 w/office and MS-word 2001 that came with the PC i delete them both and scanning for Virus with norton all happen when i gone to url; http://www.majorheadache.com/terranova/explw.shtml next thing i know i can't open other url at all not even msn-home page redid ie6.exe repair it fix that part but word have to redo it.

Hey guys this is becoming a major catastrophy
 , some of my squad are getting this klaz virus sent to their xccorp email address, have been all over the DF Community and lots of people are getting it, you can check at least one of the viruses here http://securityresponse.symantec.com...klez.h@mm.html this will download a search for the virus on your pc, and then destroy it! Do you think its a malicious target to DF??? The last email info I received: leifbyremo [leifbyremo@hotmail.com] SUBJECT:Arial, Helvetica, sans One of my squad members received it @ the exact same time! so its going out in mass emails. PLZ PLZ PLZ pass the link on to all your friends to try and bring the virus down. Thnx guys. Co.Cronik

doing the scan playing it safe anyway hope i don't have it ether. but it dose not targets any of the DF Community what is happing is some one got it and pass it self on to other without knowing it to their buddies it working in the back ground by e-mail,Name of attachment all Random This worm searches the Windows address book, the ICQ database, and local files for email addresses. It sends an email message to these addresses with itself as an attachment. The worm contains its own SMTP engine and attempts to guess at available SMTP servers. For example, if the worm encounters the address user@abc123.com, it attempts to send email via the server smtp.abc123.com. The subject line, message bodies, and attachment file names are random. The From address is randomly chosen from email addresses that the worm finds on the infected computer. anyway there more to it good i am clean did not have it woow i am soo happy had one is all i needed this year
