BLANK SCREEN

Hi all,

Can anyone please help as this is driving me nutz.

Game installs no problem....it then goes through the graphics test no problem. BUT THEN IT JUST GOES BLANK, i can here the title screen sounds (helicopter etc.). MY monitor stays on and does not go into standby.

Ive tried different drivers, reformatted my HDD, tried direct x 8.1 & 9.

The demo use to work a few weeks back but that has the same problem now. PLEASE HELP.

I have an ASUS A7M266 M/B
64mb DDR MSI gf4 mx 440 running 42.01 drivers
256 DDR

All other games on my system work fine and i can alt-tab between the game & desktop to shut it down.
I have installed the new patch as well

Have you installed the hyperion(formerly named 4-in-1) chipset-drivers for your motherboard?

Yes m8 I have updated the 4 in 1 drivers although not the ones u mean as my motherboard is a hybrid i.e it has different north bridge and south bridge.

Thx for trying...hope others can come up wiv an idea.
