Airsoft opinion...

hey guys we have been looking seriously at buying a airsoft gun but we would like to know a few things about them maybe yall could answer..

1st. are they as real as people say?

2nd. what do the bb's feel like when they hit you?

3rd. which is better for a pistol? Gas blow back or battery? i noticed the battery is ALLOT cheaper..

4th. i read somewhere that you had to reload the gas pistols after every 2 shoots.. is this true?

and please no critics reply. its my money and ill spend it on what i want.

1.they look somewhat real but somtimes they do not
2.They hurt like a paintball but concintrated into a small section

3.battery is good but the gas is better
the downfall to gas is that you have to get it refilled every so often

i know they look real but what about when you are using them?

and Ive never played paintball so that doesn't mean much to me is there another way to describe it?

heh.. i've been hit with many paintballs. depending on the paintball gun and the distance they can hurt a little to leaving a welt the size of a baseball..

find someone that has one and have them shoot you with it, the only real way to find out if it hurts..

lol... yeah, just let someone shoot you. You will run away very hard if he keeps doing it. But it depends on the power of the gun of course

i'v been shot with one so many times, always pissing round .... please mind who you shoot them at, I dont like having any gun pointed at me, even if its not loaded, I DONT CARE, its still a gun ... the pain varies, its mostly a paintball feel, if its crap you cant feel it unless its on bare skin, you can get really powerful ones that can pearce the skin, but i think there quite expensive.

it feels like a paintball in a smaller region, i have a gas m4, i got shot from about 75 feet away, and feel straight down when i got hit, it made a pretty big welt

ouch... but battery isnt as powerful is it?

i dont want to end up the ER i just want to have fun. and not spend a arm leg and the kitchen sink doing it (battery is cheaper)

my brother move up northern around ohio area anyways,last winter he gone paintball shotting with other will they was out in the cold to long soon them paintballs were like rock. i only know what he told me don't be playing in the winter time, they hurt like hell.
