DF: Xtreme LAN must log-in to novaworld.com

DF: Xtreme LAN.

all player must log-in to Novaworld to play DF: Xtreme LAN they made it so the game can't be warez, after you log-in you can go back and play it LAN style you like.

if you have a dial-up you still can log-in.
if you don't buy a dial-up modem.

they are trying to stop all type of warez or pirate their game software. it not a shareware Buddy type of deal.

you must have some type of INTERNET connect so to log-in to play LAN.

end of subject no then more can change it.

one buyer buys DF: Xteme then instill it into his system! now he has a buddy he like to instill it into their system too. it go on and on and on. now it become a pirated software.

so NL work around this by making all force to log-in, to each have a key-code per/game for their own account, this way no one can share the game with others. even to play lan area.

with each newer game they come out with they are tighting it grap and trying to cut down the Pirates/ warez of their software.

I ask them in a e-mail last wed-day about the DF: Xtreme LAN Patch and about DF: Xtreme LAN Log-in what was the reason behind this?

The reason a decision was made to require INTERNET access for LAN games was to help combat piracy which is a huge problem for this industry and in particular our games. Verifying that the copy of the game is a genuine copy by way of the CD Key identification check online is the only way we can do this.

By bypassing the login you are allowing players to (with the use of a key generator) pirate the game.
