condas server mnger ( am i a dumb A**)

I must be A real dumb a** .I downloaded condas server manager it was a zip file so i loaded it and Now i am banned on nova ?/////what is my problem / can i get unbanned for this ? I just lost my general rank : (
Any insight is helpfull .

Well nova's anti cheat blocker must havce picked up the server manager code (i think it says on the read me to close down the program and restart game before logging into Nova). All i can suggest is for you to email Nova (might take a week ) and sate fully when u where banned, why, and if it can be removed.
