Borders / backgrounds
Hi peeps i use sherif photoplus 7 does anyone no how u make borders within the program or is there a seprate program i can use that i can design borders on and does anyone no where i can get some of the wicked backgrounds u guys use here or can tell me a program that makes them

Here's a quick way I do them and just my way, so others may have a different way..
I use the polygonal tool to make my borders..I get the shape I'm shooting for as in the SS...  Then I hit CTRL+SHIFT+I then fill it with whatever color I want like so..  You can then do whatever u want add layer styles to it, or chop it up some more...
