any idea on what nova move will be now that BF2 is on its way out are they goingto keep flogging a dead horse with the stuff thay have or go back to the drawing boarded and come up with a kick ass game

From what ive seen and heard the next game will be based omn the China - Taiwan Power struggle, i don think its something that will capture the market like BHD did, i doubt many people could find taiwan on a map.

I dont think that NovaLogic are as affected by the release of other games, for starters people buy multiple games without thinking about it, so it isnt like the car industry or something where every customer that buys a car from the opposition wont come to you.

Also NL is more of a niche market, there is a solid core base of fans that will by the game anyway (and 50% of them will be dissappointed and say they wont buy the next game, just like they did when the last game came out)

EA Games also has a significant (not sure of the exact figures) stake in NL, so they arent going to release BF2 and the next NL game at the same time....

Well, the one that Nova should worry about is Ghost Recon 3

people continue to buy the games hopeing for some thing decent or half decent which people havent had from there last installments why they are carrying on they might lose a lot of nl fans

BF2 will certainly be a big seller judging by the rave reviews it's getting but I don't think it will hit the Nova fan base to hard!!!!
