How do I place guns and ladders in a BHD map?

Delta Force Anything to do with the Delta Force series of games, DF1, DF2, LW, TFD, BHD, DFX, AF etc.

How do I place guns and ladders in a BHD map?

While making a map in BHD, I noticed that I could not place guns or ladders in my map. If you know how to do at least one of these actions, please reply.
