Making my own terrains for DF:TFD
I would like to creat a terrain with terragen, or Bryce5, and photoshop. I want to create the hills and landscape. Can this be doen if so can you explain in detail. I have looked hard to find out how to do this and can't seem to find out how. I see new maps all the time in multiplayer games and would like to convert my terrains I have already made from bryce and terregen into DF:TFD maps... I would then like to open them in the Mission editor to create a mission out of them.

hiho go to http://stevieb.dfhq.net
and go to DF:LW tutorials there is a complete terrain tutorial. it's exactly the same method for DF:TFD
