system was had some file no longer listed and some software I really no longer needed to, So I redid everything over HHD been wipe out and reformatted to boot and windows Xp Pro w/Office 2003 reinstall and the extra items like Hardware drivers and so on. Still got more to do. Basic thing but it loading up faster and working 100% better. Firewall came was no longer listed and Fix-it was gone? All happen in 5min text typing to my bro on Ms-massager for 5min. no file share or anything only text talking to each other when all this happen last nite.

just formatted my hdd also, and it was the first time ive ever remembered to backup my emails

all my games were crashing so thought i had a virus or windows problem. reformatted and the same thing was happening :/

thought it was the ram so ran prime95 for 12 hours but there were no errors :/

turns out ive been overclocking too much for too long. lowered fsb and all is ok now

steve how you fix the setting and how you tell if your over clocking it? i maybe doing the same thing

you have to change some settings in your BIOS.
you cannot do it by accident, and you would know if you had. i think you are ok

i did change BIOS settings in Video setting to use system ram was for the GFX-card 64mb to 256mb thats all. card GeForce 4 128mb card MX440. BHD/TS doing really great at that setting, but really don't know if it over running the GFX-card or the mother broad
