What to keep in mind before making a site

So, you've decided to share your vision with other? I think everyone should know some things before they start

When making any website keep the following in mind BEFORE you start:

1. Purpose - What message you want to convey?
2. Audience - Who is it for?
3. Domain - What do you want to call it?
4. Hosting - How much can you pay?
5. Tools of trade - Which tools do you plan to use?
6. Programming Language - Which programming language you want to use?
7. Maintenace - How much time can you put in to keep the site running?

LOL!! Well lets say I've complete confidence in your judgement and abilities when it comes to this kinda stuff.

Everything is good, but to the hosting, its not how much you pay, people say that what you pay for in life is what you get, thats very true, but before looking into buying hosting, make sure your host has a good backgroud of up time, support, and any sort of costumer service. Have seen alot of good sites lose dedicated members cause the host bought a 10 dollors host that promised stuff that would come with a dedicated host or they were tricked and it was a reseller who had no clue how to work WHM.

I try and go off of how much their uptime is. How personalized they are. Also how many people recommend them.
