Cool Transit of Venus 2004

In 11 and a half hours the transit of venus will take place, Its where Venus passes in front of the Sun, There is No One alive today that have witnessed the transit.

So if anyone is interested there is a Live Web Cast at The Transit Of Venus.

"On June 8th, 2004 a celestial event of historical scientific importance will occur when the silhouette of the planet Venus once again crosses the face of the Sun as seen from the Earth. This event or transit of Venus last occurred in 1882, so no one alive today has ever witnessed the transit of Venus."

ok so i know it's a once in a lifetime experieince..........

And you could see it from where i was BUT I'm sure I can find something a little more adrenalin enducing than to watch a black dot lol

no offence but I saw the pics after & thought it's not really something I'm worried about missing or could see myself bragging to the grandkids about
bit of an anticlimax i thought
