Hi All
As some of you already know update .37 for LandWarrior went live this morning.

In the update, certain positional glitches have been fixed, including the prone / jump glitch. A number of other trainer issues, including speed and glue have also been addressed. Also, a rewritten internal browser was included to increase future capabilities.

We have also fixed the Novaworld scoring (Stat) problem which made it harder to get KOTH minutes after the 1st KOTH game without exiting and rejoining the game.

Crap I tried to get into some nova games and no one has updated yet and it says I have a newer versoin..

I knew DFHQ had what it took to get me what I needed fast.

the new patch is a pain in the ass, you have to delete EXP or delete DFLW, update and reinstall EXP for it all to work

i think its kool it works for me wot is the url for all the servers

i think its cool we actually no stuff is being done to prevent cheats i do play lw but i play DF2 MORE, cant nova sort out the cheating on that before cheats ruin it for good. i no its old but lots of ppl that play that r unlikely to buy df3 df4 if they know cheats r gonna spoil it. just asking nova to get sum kind of update. with deadknife out people teleport u and knife u straight away, but atleast lw is being sorted, let me no ..... moreph@hotmail.com

ok, now where's the 16+ player patches for v.37?

It galls me that people think there is any economical sense in providing constant updates far games as old as DF2. This community is fairly unique in its desire to play and replay the old games in the series which is testimony perhaps to their quality.
Nova will have no trouble selling their games again and again if they maintain the integrity and quality of the online game in particular, because the community is made up of a majority of good honest players.
If you had made a game personally 3 years ago and then put your heart and soul into a new one, I doubt you would make or even have the time to offer constant support on old projects.
Where is novalogic expected to get the money to remain in constant contact with a game code in order to make it as pleasant an experience now as it was then? The staffing alone would cost a fortune and forgive me but the last time I delved into DF2 Novaworld servers, there was not a huge amount of people online, certainley not in comparison to DFLW.
Therefore what is Nova actually losing in not supporting a small amount of people on the off chance that it encourages the same small number of people to buy a new product that has been out for a very long time and that they have not yet bought?
I can't imagine what it is that people think goes on in software houses boardroom meetings but I imagine the agenda for Novalogics next bg meeting is not, "What support can we offer to the few hundred DF2 players who refuse to support us by buying our updated products?"

hey guys its the samw update u get when you hit update when the game first starts it dosent give you the alternat server like it was up till today

buy the i tried it so thats how i know
but if anyone have an update for an alt server like it was let me know would you please

But ive got a problem with new patch it says it cant find DFbase.pff file

it looks like u put it in the wring place or something :S
get hold of the old .exe and try running it with that
then try running the update link again
