Respawn points / teleport targuets
Hi all. I need some help in 2 issues. I'm kinda new in map editing, so this issues maybe very easy for you...
1. Why does players respawn 4 ou 5 times always at the same respawn point in my maps? I usually use Team Blue/red Start Marker to place the respawn points. Is there a way to ppl to respawn in randon order ? 2. I'm working on a CTF map and i have a BH standing by, waiting for a player to enter a trigger area and then the BH takes off. Has the BH reaches the last waypoint, an event teleports it to the starting place. All events are reseted. All works good. The problem is, when testing the map, i kill my self at the BH destination area, and if i enter the trigger area again, the BH doesn't work anymore. If i try to get to the trigger area without kill my self, BH works, but it doesn't respect some events like slowing down speed at the destination. Here is the "code" i'm using: Event 16: HELI BLUE - arranque Reset after 20 seconds Triggers: SSN 10000 is within area 16 and Group 4 is within area 15 Actions: Redirect group 4 to waypoint 10 - 0 Reset waypoints Group 4 has visited Change Group 4 AI : combat speed = 60 km/h Change Group 4 AI : patrol speed = 60 km/h Change Group 4 AI : use waypoint Z Change Group 4 AI : AI state to Follow Waypoint Event 17: HELI BLUE - abranda na base vermelha Triggers: Group 4 reaches waypoint 10, 3 Actions: Change Group 4 AI : combat speed = 15 km/h Change Group 4 AI : patrol speed = 15 km/h Event 18: HELI BLUE - pára na base vermelha Triggers: Group 4 reaches waypoint 10, 4 Actions: Change Group 4 AI : combat speed = 0 km/h Change Group 4 AI : patrol speed = 0 km/h Event 19: HELI BLUE - return Reset after 65 seconds Delay event 60 seconds Triggers: Event 16 has been triggered Actions: Reset Event 17 Reset Event 18 Teleport group 4 to target 11 Change Group 4 AI : stop using waypoint Z Change Group 4 AI : AI state to Land **** Group 4 = BH ; area 15 = landing zone ; area 16 = where player stands to trigger ; targuet 11 = where BH stands by at landing area Any help will be great! The problem is the SSN 10000 ... it can't be used in multiplayer maps, only in sigle player...i got it now.
