Yea you cnan get that for free...

but you gunna have to pay like $10 a month for it to be free...LMFAO

Might wanna lower your standards if you want free hosting LOL

no chance of getting vbulliten for free as it costs $85 a year, you may get free hosting but normally you have to do something in return such as having ads on your site, or post x amount in a forum, take a look here for free hosting offers: http://www.freewebhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=18

Well of course it would not be free fo cpanel and etc. But i found a new website that has free service for cpanel and etc.
But I am going to keep the name to myself. I know that sound probly selfish but you got to find stuff in this real world.

vB costs 185$ for a perm license Doubt your going to find anyone givin that stuff away for free
