shooting thru wood trees .......ETC

is there anyway to allow the ammo to penetrat thru wood such as small trees and wooden walls?

I've been trying to figure it our for well over a month and I'm just stumped.

No, I don't think so. The object's attributes are defined in the .3di.

When you make a model through 3DS Max and export its ASE file and import it in SuperOED, you can specify the texture's material. As far as I know only cloth, glass (maybe), and foliage may be shot through.

i seen blind people who play combat games online! they can shoot and fight like crazy and win as will.

i do know that there is a way to do it, but its call cheating

i have to say blind people shooting and hand to hand fighting was the most wild thing to see a blind person to do, its a real eye opener

i still can't unstand how they do it but they do anyways

there is a way to do it that isn't cheating, you just need to know how to edit the models and other settings to do what they want.

Don't ask me how though lol

Nova doesn't even really have good enough physics in DFX to simulate bullets going through wood... lol.

i think you have to mod the game and add-in 3d file for wood or plants parts (barks flying off) fly in the air like.

i think if you shot at the ground you get some dirt fly up a bet of brown smoke as will from hitting the ground, don't know if you could use it for hitting tree's with or small bush on the ground! its something to think about

The terrain having dirt flying out of it is done with a materials map ("*_m.pcx" usually).
