I can't stay in the game, help plz!!!

I have BHD, I haven't played it in ages and decided to start it up again. Couldn't get it to work so, I uninstalled it and did a new install. I then downloaded the latest BHD general update and ran that. The problem is starting a multiplayer game. I can get into a map, but only for a few seconds before getting kicked back to the menu page. I've gone in and deleted the items in the cache folder but that doesn't help either. Items also go back in there once I try to play a game again. Please help me, I've been through Novalogic up and down and can't seem to find anything. Thank you so much.

will all i can say is do it one more time.

1.) un-instill it totally.
2.) delete the game folder it was instill into. "must delete it"
3.) restart your PC.
4.) back to desktop after you restarted!!! now instill the game back in.
5.) after it instill update it.

only thing can you play it at all or is it only when you try to host the game it go crazy. i think it a bad instill.

you can go to the game folder look in there see update.exe instill the game folder open it,let it try to update online there maybe 1-2 files it still need.

I've tried running the update from the start menu but it never takes. However, I have some wonderful news but it makes me look stupid. Well........I guess when you do a new load you have to name your character. I was getting booted because I hadn't name myself, I was going in as new (5343479570.. or something like that). Thanks for the help though, I was at my wits end. My first game was about two hours ago. I got killed several times. I'm the fly boy USAFTVB trying to play army, feel free to smoke my ass. Thanks again.
