Angry invalid files

whenever i try to download sumthing from this site i get a message when its done saying that the compressed file is invalid or corrupt.......anyone have a clue why?

it auto downloads i.e. doeasn't ask you where to save it when you click it?

it doesnt let me click open as soon as it finishes dowloading it gives me that invalid or corrupt file crap

You must save it to your disk first, you cannot open the file directly.

it doesnt let me do anythign at all it tells me the file is invalid or corrupt as soon as it is done without me doing anything.

Then your browser is set to automaticall open the file after donwload. Heres what you do if you want to download zip files from here:

Open my computer, on the top go to Tools > Folder Options.
Click the file types tab and scroll down in the window till you see the zip file extenstion, of course it's near the bottom as they are in order by name.
Highlight it by clicking on it and then look near the bottom, a new tab called "advanced" is avaliable, click that.
Now at the bottom where it sais "Confirm open after down" make sure the box is <b>checked</b>.

it is u dont understand. when the file finishes downloadin its set to wait for me to click open. but as soon as it finishes it automatically says file invalid or corrupt without me clicking open.

Thats why if you read my above post you would know better then to click the open tab when the download pops up. Save it to a disk before you try to open it. If you are doing that which you aren't saying your doing that then download another zip program as yours is not working correctly.

Or maybe your browser dosen't like our download system. What brower are you using?

i use i.e 6 ok are u saying to save it before i start the download?

1000's of people download from this site just fine each day .. I cant do much for you. The problem is on your computer.
