NovaLogic Cutting Down On Nova Hosted Servers.

NovaLogic is dedicated to supporting our community and products online and unlike other companies who completely drop all support for their online titles after 12-18 months, we are working around issues that arise to continue to do so.

In order to meet the projected demand for new titles, NovaWorld needs to revise the amount of officially hosted NovaWorld games.

The primary reason for this is to conserve bandwidth, hardware and operating costs involved in running NovaWorld, so that we can continue to offer you a quality gaming experience online, across a wider range of games.

Here is a list of the current games that are being affected by the NovaWorld revision. We will still provide official NovaWorld hosted games for these titles for an indefinite period of time.

will you all can thank the cheaters for killing off the stats servers, if it was not for them nova could have spend more time doing other thing and not banning and making up patches to block cheaters tools with. its sad LW, TFD and soon BHD and BHD/TS will be gone

Well I just checked the NW servers and there are only 11 left on LW.

I did the math and the remaining 11 altogether only have room for 354 players at any given time. Which isn't a whole heck of a lot if you take into account just how many of the 354 are cheats.

And just how many of the non-cheat players are going to have to wait for a space to open on a server, while the cheats are joy-riding around the server without fear of consequence.

it don't mater any more Nova is closing all their servers soon even the stats servers toboot, read above DFLW stats will be close down soon with TFD stats servers. host your own area or player with others in their servers stats will be closing soon.

or upgrade to BHD & TS till they to be close down when their timer run out on them. stats will only be hosted for 12-18mo then they close down. any games thats older then 12-18mo old will no longer be hosted by NovaWorld at all.

well the stats can be a good thing and a bad thing... we will have many more lw pub servers up and more pub servers to choose from. But th bad thing is that pplayers will quit lw and we will lose players.

me i use to go and forth from DFLW TFD BHD/TS playing stats i get tire of one go to the other now nova will cut them 2 cut them 2 out soon, i am fishing around some new type game to play with action and some type point system to them. US-Army & getting new BF 1942 update to play the good part there are no cheaters in them Punkbuster wipe them out.

Well its all coming clearer now, about why they are cutting servers.
If you look on the official Joint Ops site they are going to be Renting servers out.

well its starting to get frustrating in lw to play on a stat game. i have yet gone into a game with no cheaters. try top dogs tkoth after hours, it's full of them. i have seen as many as 6 super jump cheaters at one time. no telling how many emails novaworld gets from people reporting cheats. maybe the non cheats and novaworld has come to an unknown agreement, thats it just not worth it anymore. i think the cheaters has made a good thing go bad. thats why their droping the stat games.

Have I got this wrong or have I mis-read these post's? Nova are shutting down all stat servers on all their titles? BHD stat servers are eventually being shut down too?

i did talk to Nova about BHD & TS its in the green be some time before it be remove like maybe 12-18mo. older game are in the works to be close down only the Nova servers the players still be able to host and play out side Novaword servers that option still be open.

Nova has said that they are not stopping all nova stat games, they are just cutting down on them, So If the have say 10 servers that are stat then they may cut them down to 7.(That is just an Example Nova hasnt said these numbers).
