Man sues Apple over iPod volume

What people will do for money. This man is sueing apple for the volume that the ipod is capable of.. Saying that it can cause hearing loss and apple did not warn cusomters about it, even though a warning is in the manual about high volume.. he claims the manual dosen't state what 'high volume' is.

This man should be shot on site. I really do hate people like this.

If you loose your hearing from an iPod you deserve it.

i think i sue the US-government for releasing the INTERNET to the world, we see porn, killers, hate crime sites and other thing, they release it with no safe guard at all from hackers, virus, spammers. they made it they should have made safe guard for it before it was released to the puble remember it was the tax payer money that pay for the internet to be in the first place. they ether should get their money back or they should go after these bad things in the internet.
