Login freezes up on Page 3 and Name replaced with new00000001

My bro RC75 has been having numerous problems with LW lately. When he would try to login or to bypass login, it would jump to Page 3 of the Public games and FREEZE there. He could go to sites on Page 3, but he could not get to Page 1 or 2.

After deleting the game and reinstalling it, that problem was solved but and new one came up. It would not except his Name and continues to come up as: new0000001,
just the word "new" with a bunch of numbers after it. He has reinstalled it 3 times with the same results.

Any suggestions?

New NovaWorld players have names like "new3469078496770" all the time mate. Tell him to go to his NovaWorld account settings page and change the name. When logged in, you'll be under your NW character name - not the one you got on your player profile page in the game menu (unless played not logged in).

He solved the Problem with the new0000000001 type name, by simply emptying the CACHE file. Pass this info on to those having the same problem when you see them playing.
