i got my computer connected up to the TV in my room and its to blurry to read text and small stuff, and suggestions on how to make it better seen, and can i make the over all size of the screensmaller like u can on a monitor

sry you cannot make it clearer, unfortunately there is a big difference between monitors and tv's hence the 2 exist.

there has been other posts about this so i wont go into specifics.

i expect the introduction of the new HDTV's , things will be much better but for now, you're stuck. :/
