Well I believe what you are seeing is Sysdump Text Saved.
This can be caused by many things.

1. Trying to play an EXP map if you don't have EXP installed.
2. Certain Maps will do this as well if they have too many items.

There are many other reasons for it, as i'm sure some of the folks here will tell you when they read this.

And if it happens on every map, you might just want to go ahead and uninstall the game completely, and start fresh.

But before you do that I'd suggest you try different maps, just to make sure it isn't just a certain map that's giving you your problems.

If neither of my suggestions help, don't worry someone else here might have just the answer you're looking for. In my opinion you've come to the right place for help.

Try playing a single player mission, and while you try that I'll do some more looking around. To see if i can find anything to help you.

These are all of the posts i can find on df-hq, about sysdumps, hopefully one of these may help.

One thing that really might help, try to shorten your name.

Sounds like you might need to change to the new startup.htm
I'm not sure what you need to change it to, but once again i'm sure someone here has an answer.

redo the update and remove any new maps you may have added to the game. by redoing the update it may fix some thing that gone bad a file.

some times add in a new map one should test it out to see if it works ok. meaning the end user. you could do this take that BMS file make it into Miss-file then open the miss file with the map editor if the terrain is all blacken then you don't have the right terrain to use for it, this is one of the drawback on downloading a map online most map makers don't think of other or don't add a note saying they use a spec-terrain (name of the terrain) in the map thats come with ether ExpLw (terranova package).

other terrain you can add to the game is DF:1/2 and Exp-Lw into DFLW and even add in TFD terrain to DFLW all so. you see there can be a mix-up without the note saying what terrain they use in it others can get error. i have DF: 1/2/TFD added to DFLW and TFD added to it too. i all was added-in a note saying what terrain-name, i use to make the map with the terrain name in it. so when others like to use it they can look it up in thier map editor and see if they have it listed. and there the items you can add in from DF2 to DFLW terrains, buildens, and more to DFLW. all these can give you a system dump if you don't have it instill into DFLW.

I'll bit its a map you added to the game Remove the Bms-file in the folder now try it.
