restart a folder keep popping up on desktop

i have this folder that keep on popping up after i get to desktop

any ids on stopping this?

will i uncheck this item on startup, but i don't know if it wise to do so
has to do with cellphone phonetool update for it

1-first part
2-last part of the line

item: BVRPLiveUpdate line
i uncheck it seem to stop that folder from popping up on me now!
could there be something in it need tobe change?

you should be able to run the update manually anyway, so id leave it unticked in msconfig. maybe there is a box in its menus to set it not to run the update on bootup?
