Clear window around Google Chrome and Windows Live Messenger
This never used to happen, but recently, I've been getting a clear window appear around google chrome and windows live messenger like this:

Any ideas how to get rid of it? It's quite annoying lol.

that looks normal to me... but you vista window effects (not sure where that would be)
