found a new item to adjust in msconfig
1.) in [boot] tap up-top click-on it 2.) [advance options....] 3.) check number of processors 4.) if it listed as 1 and you have a dual core you can change it to higher number! my was listed as 1 i have a dual processor so i change it to 2. some people have quad processors you can max it out. it will never show higher then the number of processors your system has in it. don't for get you have to be log-in as administrator to change the setting then click-on ok and exit out! then restart your system *before one make any change best set a restore point, play it safe is all btw; my system seem to startup a bet better and faster now
