MERMITES rating code finally broken, as he gives out a 10/10

I finally figured out MERMITE's rating system. Its based on the old Nostratic macrofamily of Indo-European, Hamito-Semitic (comprised of Semitic, Egyptian, Berber, Cu****ic, Omomtic, and Chadic), Kartvelian, Uralic (comprised of Finno-Ugric, Samoyed, and Yukaghir), Altiac (comprised of Turkic, Mongolic, Tungusci, Korean and Japanese) and Dravidian, sayings of the ancient writer Uo Yde Lo Of, using reverse psychology to push others to attain even greater achievements.
This is how it works. Basically on a scale of 0 to 10, scale from 0 to 5 and then back to 0, thereby never falling below average that is 5 and the highest achievement is 0, which is equivalent to 10. This is usually supported by words, the more aggressive the higher the true score. So this is how the scale looks:
5 = 5
4 or 6 = 6
3 or 7 = 7
2 or 8 = 8
1 or 9 = 9
0 or 10 = 10
(no score is equal to a 0 or 10)
After 3 years, the code has been broken.

If you want to look up the hypothetic lanuages, you can find them here.
