anyone have an extra gtx 1060 or better they are not using?

i just cannot justify paying these ripoff prices from these resellers. i have a gtx 1060 in this rig and i am getting stuff to build another rig, but had to stop as i cannot afford a gtx 1060 from these people. lowest price i have seen for one right now was $699. not happening.
