Remove the ** and add in the Url address were you have post it up at.

only sample: [**flash=200,200]http://www.poppydogs/hotdogs/dogs.swf[**/flash]

always remove them ** or it will not work

If you use Dreamweaver (which is all I use) just choose Insert>Media>flash.
