T-shirt Design

Im taking an Art 2 class right now and one of the projects we have to do is create a T-shirt design. Here is just one of my designs. im planning on making a few so i have a variety to choose from for my final project. What do you guys think?

I think if i made him smaller it would take away the actual focal point. This is an image of Seattle which is located in the U.S
