DFCenter Question

Is DFcenter ran by MGON? I know that sounds like a stupid question but I'm just going to be pissed if MGON is going to go tell me two years back that the Delta Force series is a dud and un popular just becuase they didn't like it and then say that we will contact you first if we do want a delta foce site. If it is I'm not pissed off at the DFCenter staff just that damned MGON.
