If someone posts something is this forum (or any other forum) that you think needs moderating of some sort, whether it be moving, editing or deleting, please do not make a post about it in the thread. It not only upsets the thread starter but also make you look embarrasing if your wrong, the mods are around regularly (almost 24 hours a day) and will find it and take necessary steps, that said, if you think it is serious enough or want to bring it to the attention of the mods please use the report post function located at the footer of each post, each Mod will get an emai drawing thier attention to the post. As of now Posts with the intent of advocating moderation will at the evrey least be deleted. We would much rather you spent your time here on the novahq forums posting and reading posts that interest you.

how can you stand to moderate (almost) 24 hours???
i mean, novahq moderators and/or admins, do you have a work, or admin is your work?? get paid to do it or just a hobby??

we have admin in USA, UK and Australia, so we have the time zones covered

me and panth (iirc) have full time jobs but we love hte site so much were around as much as possible. i think mike and Tril are still studying so they have some free time, and Troj i think works @ home?

i think we all like the site, the community so much that we watch close whenever the chance arrives.

for a day's work as a moderater i get paid for USD-55.95 an hour to come here and watch over the forum to baby setting members and have a good time, can you beat that. i love it totally. j/k
